EMR Accelerator FAQ's
For self-led courses for non-college enrolled students, do I receive a certificate after completing the course to put on my resume?
For the Accuro self-led, EHR Unit Clerk, Accuro Expert, and Open EMR courses, a certificate of completion is granted.
How Long Do I Have Access To The Course Content?
The Accuro software license is valid for 60 days. There is an option to extend for a $35 monthly extension, should you request it.
The EHR Unit Clerk training license is valid for one year.
There is no expiry for the OpenEMR or Accuro Expert courses.
Our learning content in Moodle is available for lifetime access for all courses. This includes all future updates to course content.
How much do the courses cost?
Our self-directed Accuro EMR accelerator is priced at $495 per user.
Our EHR unit clerk course is currently $149 per user.
Our Accuro expert course is $95 per user.
Our OpenEMR course is $149 per user.
Our JaneApp course is a college add-on. Please inquire within.
What kind of technical support do you provide?
We have email support that is provided weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST. There is telephone and screen-sharing support that can be provided if escalation is deemed required.
