How long do you have to wait?
After your purchase, we will verify the student number and college email/name you entered on your purchase form against the list provided by your college.

If everything matches, your login credentials will be set up and emailed to you within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

If your college has requested a later release date, we’ll send you an email letting you know when to expect your login credentials.
- Important: EMR licenses are non-refundable once issued. Vendor access fees are paid immediately on activation and cannot be reversed. Chargebacks after activation will be disputed and may result in administrative fees and institutional notification.
