After your purchase, you will receive instructions to access the Jane App environment. Your enrollment includes two full months of JaneApp access, allowing you to explore and practice in a simulated clinic office setting. Our office is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST. We will provide your login credentials within 1-2 business days of order confirmation.

Lifetime Learning Materials: You now have lifetime access to the learning materials site, which does not expire. You can return to the content anytime.

This self-led course provides hands-on training using a Jane-style practice management App. Learners complete guided exercises covering patient intake, appointment scheduling, chart documentation, patient communication, and third-party billing simulation using TELUS eClaims.

Learners receive two full months of App access, allowing them to revisit tasks, repeat workflows, and gain familiarity with clinic operations at their own pace.

Enrollment also includes access to our technical support team, academic support, and weekly live Q&A sessions with our trainers to ensure learners feel supported throughout their training.
